At Warrior Fighting Sports & Fitness, we offer personal fitness training to help you reach your health & fitness goals. Whether you are a boxer and need to develop more strength & conditioning or simply want to improve your fitness level our experienced, certified trainers can put you on a path to achieve your goals. Our facility is equipped with all of the equipment and tools you need to get in top physical condition. It is our goal to help you meet yours. We understand that each students has different strengths, weaknesses, and goals and we take pride in creating individualized plans that are specific to you! You can be assured that your program will be safe, effective and fun.
Our philosophy is not about quick fixes or gimmicks! It is about a lifestyle change. External results are the result of changing from within. Our personal training sessions are about motivation, effective program design, and supporting you in staying accountable to yourself. We people change is a journey and we will guide on a healthy path while keeping your expectations realistic.
We have both individual and partner training sessions available. You can schedule half hour or full hour sessions. We also offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation with on of your head coaches to help you get started and discovery what plan will work best to meet your needs. |
