Our Beginner Lessons are open to 8yo - Adults and are focused on mastering The Basics. By learning the proper techniques from the Basics, you are building an excellent foundation to work your skills and fitness on. We have a no-contact policy for all our beginners and there is no pressure to become a Fighter at any stage. Our Beginner Lessons are enjoyable and suit all fitness levels.
All new students that sign up for our Full Access Membership will receive 4 FREE Private Lessons with one of our qualified coaches. These 4 lessons are designed to begin your journey to becoming a boxer. You can expect to learn proper stance, basic movement and punches.
We highly recommend new students take advantage of the 4 FREE Private Lessons offer in order to get some basic skills to have for the group workouts. It is essential for new students to not only participate in their private lessons but also attend the group workouts to practice and hone the skills learn in private lessons. Boxing is a skill based art and takes practice, so the more classes you can attend the faster you will progress and the better shape you will get in.
